Punkercize is now a reality in Eureka, Ca. Inspired by a challenging Zumba class, I established a weekly exercise class in November 2022 where noone is asked to follow dance moves or flash peace signs. Like ecstatic dance for those that can't deal at ecstatic dance, this one-hr, punk music driven cardio fest is free and occurs every Tuesday from 6-7pm at Synapsis Union, 1675 Union St., Eureka, Ca. (space graciously provided gratis!!!). If it possible to fulfill my own need will doing so for others with the same stroke, I'll do it.
